Impressive graduate Dancing In Silks tackles winners

by Jarrod Horak on May 24th, 2008

Dancing In Silks strolled to an effortless wire-to-wire maiden breaker and garnered a triple digit speed rating in his second career start at Hollywood Park on April 27th.

The aforementioned win followed a promising place finish in his Santa Anita bow, and the Carla Gaines three-year-old gelding might prove impossible to catch in Sunday’s 7th, a state bred entry level event at the unusual distance of seven and one-half furlongs.

There is not a ton of quality pace in the paper race, and Suit Yourself looms an early factor at the very least. The live longshot is out of the stakes ranks and fired nicely in his two local synthetic outings.

Earnednevergiven needed his last, and it remains to be seen whether he prefers a turf or synthetic sprint.

Nima’s Pad has been much improved since the ultimate equipment change (gelded), and Partywithlarryz is a versatile sort reuniting with maiden winning pilot Tyler Baze.
