Big Brown’s quarter crack a bit better on Monday
Big Brown was doing better on Memorial Day Monday, a few days after a quarter crack was found on his left front foot. Hoof specialist Ian McKinlay is treating the undefeated colt and is reportedly hopeful that the Dutrow trainee will return to the track as early as Wednesday.
The famous foot is beginning to cool down and is less sensitive, and much more should be known on Tuesday.
Let’s hope that he is on the road to recovery, because he will need to be 100% fit for the Test of Champions and his date with destiny.
